Kaurs Reimagine showcased our book at @onenessusa's event in New Jersey, commemorating Guru Nanak Dev Ji's 555th Gurpurab through an interactive display where visitors shared what being a Kaur means to them. Thank you to @letsshareameal for hosting this beautiful gathering that brought together community members of all ages through art.

ICAAD (@icaad_ngo), Vishavjit Singh (@americansikhfilm), and The Sikh Coalition (@sikhcoalition) presented '40 Years Later: Art, Resilience, and the Legacy of 1984' at Jutta Gallery in New York City, where Kaurs Reimagine Lead Creator, Meeta Kaur, shared poetry alongside other artists commemorating the 40th anniversary of the 1984 Sikh genocide.

Sikh Parent Empowerment Workshop
Lead Creator of Kaurs Reimagine, Meeta Kaur, led an engaging discussion at the first Sikh Parent Connection meet-up hosted by the Sikh Parent Association in Virginia. Parents gathered to share experiences and engage in meaningful conversations through a series of thoughtful prompts.

SALDEF Sikhs in Storytelling
The Kaurs Reimagine team joined SALDEF's Margins to Mainstage panel at the Sikhs in Storytelling event in New York City, where they shared excerpts and discussed Sikh women's identity. Facilitated by Juspreet Kaur, the panel explored the inspiration behind Kaurs Reimagine alongside other talented artists who are telling Sikh stories in creative ways.
